When deciding how to differentiate Blacksmith3D-Pro, our underlying philosophy was this...
Nearly everything is in Blacksmith3D-Standard. It has all the tools, utilities and features of the Professional version, except for the Texture Transformer. The standard simply has limited presets, image map layers and display groups. The comparison chart below shows the differences.
The Professional version has all the work-flow related features that will be utilized by professional modelers and texture artists. So, in Blacksmith3D-Standard, you just get less presets which are useful for a good professional work-flow.
